IBERTUBES consists of a mild steel tube which has been clad internally by arc welding with an abrasion wear resistant alloy. The coating distinguishes by its homogenous structure, its high concentration of very hard carbides and its regular surface. IBERTUBES have been designed to resist the most severe wear conditions in pneumatic and hydraulic transport systems of solid materials, powders or slurry. We also provide solutions for applications in corrosive media and with elevated service temperatures.

IBERTUBE are available in various standard dimensions, thicknesses and coating types depending on the application. We can adapt to your requirements and deliver elbows or other geometries as per your specifications. IBERTUBE are also available with flanges.
